Siessá is our 6-ply braiding and knitting yarn. Based on our popular Áhkko-yarn, we made a yarn slightly thicker, suitable for braiding of Sámi shoe bands, pattern knitting of mittens and beainies.
Our yarn is a 6-ply worsted wool yarn with with really long fibers. 100% wool. Strong, flexible and durable.
Thickness: 6/18 NM (approx 3000 meters / kg)
Balls: 50 g (approx 150 meters)
Wool is a good environmental choice. It has a low carbon footprint and can be recycled.

Dye Lot Policy
All our yarns are dyed in batches, known as dye lots. When a dye lot is sold out, we move on to the next. This means:
- If you already have skeins from a dye lot: It could either be the one we are currently selling, or it is already sold out and no longer available.
- There are no old dye lots left in stock once we start selling a new one.
- Colors may vary slightly between different dye lots. If you need a larger quantity of yarn for the same project, we recommend purchasing everything at once to minimize differences.
