Áhkko Bright Yellow 21

Áhkko is our new worsted 4-ply weaving and knitting yarn. We have reintroduced a yarn that has been absent from the market for a long time, but which generations of Sámi weavers and knitters never stopped talking nostalgic about.

Our new yarn is just the same as your áhkko's (grandma's ) old 4-ply yarn - worsted, with really long fibers in 100% wool. Thin but strong, flexible and durable.

Thickness: 4/18 NM (4500 meters / kg)
Balls: 50 g (225 meters)

Dye Lot Policy
All our yarns are dyed in batches, known as dye lots. When a dye lot is sold out, we move on to the next. This means:

• If you already have skeins from a dye lot: It could either be the one we are currently selling, or it is already sold out and no longer available.
• There are no old dye lots left in stock once we start selling a new one.
• Colors may vary slightly between different dye lots. If you need a larger quantity of yarn for the same project, we recommend purchasing everything at once to minimize differences.

Wool - a good enviromental choice
Wool is a good environmental choice. It has a low carbon footprint and can be recycled.
